Our French Butter Dish is wheel thrown and made of porcelain. It is finished with a food safe, matte white glaze. Glaze does show run marks and part of its charm. Place 1/4 inch of water into the base, tightly pack the lid with butter and place on top. Designed to keep your butter fresh on the countertop for up to 1 month. Handmade in Canada.
